Our class schedule is designed to fit busy lives, with options on different days and times. You can train once or twice a week and still see great progress. There’s no long-term contract to worry about either, start with our free 2-class trial and see what works for you.

Yes, with proper coaching and safety in mind, martial arts are very safe. Studies show martial arts have fewer injuries than sports like basketball or soccer, making them a great way to build skills and confidence safely.

No, martial arts do the opposite. Our programs teach both kids and adults how to stay calm under stress, solve problems even in challenging situations, and regulate their emotions. Students develop self-control, discipline, and respect for others, building the confidence to make good choices on and off the mats.

Not at all! Our classes are beginner-friendly and designed to help you build fitness, confidence, and skills at your own pace. We highly encourage exploration and mistakes when it comes to learning - it’s part of the process!

Yes, all of our classes are “all levels” classes. Our coaches will ensure you are partnered with an appropriate partner who will guide and take care of you, and the tasks you’re given are scaled to your level.

We ask that you wear athletic clothing without zippers or buttons, and bring plenty of water to stay hydrated. For everyone’s safety and comfort, please make sure your clothes are clean, your nails are trimmed, and you practice good personal hygiene. We train in close contact, so arriving clean and fresh is important for respecting your training partners.

Of course! At WARCRY we do not have a mandatory uniform policy and we’re not bothered by other logos. As long as it’s clean, fits, and follows our safety rules, it’s fine with us!
